Lightspeed, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join their Berlin team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth within a portfolio of hospitality clients, leveraging Lightspeed's innovative financial services solutions.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying opportunities and understanding potential clients' needs through discovery calls.
  • Delivering compelling demos that showcase the value of the Lightspeed platform.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and orchestrating parallel processes.
  • Collaborating with SDRs and marketing to build and nurture a strong pipeline.
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and driving MRR growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, whether as an SDR or in a full-cycle role.
  • Ideally, experience in SaaS, IT, e-commerce, POS, or hospitality.
  • Outbound mentality and a proactive approach to securing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for sales.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
