Job Description

AppDirect is seeking a Business Solution Consultant to join their Provider Services Team. This role involves developing relationships with partners, consulting on digital transformation strategies, and assisting with go-to-market strategies. The consultant will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end commerce solutions for enterprise partners.He/she will be part of the Digital Transformation Services team, which is responsible for driving customer's technical success through relationship management and consultation.What this role involves:

• Understanding and defining customer business processes.
• Serving as a platform functional expert.
• Driving business and engagement through relationships with stakeholders.
• Gathering business requirements for new features and integrations.
• Facilitating workshops.
• Working with Solution Architects to design solutions.
• Leading the building of solutions on the AppDirect platform.
• Managing partner migration needs.
• Supporting clients through the go-live process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in IT.
• Experience with consulting skills, including team facilitation and business case development.
• Systems implementation skills: requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training.
• Proficiency in API, SQL, XML, JSON.
• Basic understanding of AWS systems.
• Strong business acumen.
• Superior customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
