Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager in Paris to cultivate strong relationships with clients. The Account Manager will leverage their understanding of client objectives to introduce Lightspeed products and integrations, ensuring optimal solutions for achieving client goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Lightspeed Payments to existing customers.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers.
  • Guiding customers through upgrades to advanced platforms.
  • Demonstrating software solutions (POS products, modules, upgrades).
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize business growth.
  • Tracking key business metrics (added MRR, net retention).
  • Building strong Restauranter advocacy.
  • Contributing to team objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in account management, sales development, or similar roles with a sales quota.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other technologies for pipeline management.
  • Professional communication skills with executives.
  • Strong task and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and French.
