Archer Aviation is seeking a Director of Engineering Program Management to lead its air vehicle program. This role involves managing air vehicle systems, including airframe, landing gear, environmental control systems, and interior cabin design. The Director will oversee multiple airframe development programs from concept through certification and production, managing cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace/aviation
• Experience managing composite airframe programs
• Knowledge of quality standards and processes
• Strong project management software proficiency
