Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of premium gastronomy clients in Berlin. This role focuses on making existing clients more successful by building lasting partnerships and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and scale the client portfolio.
  • Exceed sales and retention targets through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Use data insights from Salesforce to proactively offer solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and develop custom success plans.
  • Liaise between clients and Lightspeed's product, support, and implementation teams.
  • Provide client insights to improve the product.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Ability to inspire clients and build long-term partnerships.
  • Sales acumen to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Confident communicator with decision-makers and C-level clients.
