Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of premium gastronomy clients in Berlin. This role focuses on making existing clients more successful by building lasting partnerships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and scale the client portfolio.
- Exceed sales and retention targets through cross-selling and upselling.
- Use data insights from Salesforce to proactively offer solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop custom success plans.
- Liaise between clients and Lightspeed's product, support, and implementation teams.
- Provide client insights to improve the product.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales with a proven track record.
- Ability to inspire clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Sales acumen to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Confident communicator with decision-makers and C-level clients.
