Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of premium gastronomy clients in Berlin. This role focuses on making existing clients more successful by building lasting partnerships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategically develop and scale the client portfolio.
Exceed sales and retention targets through cross-selling and upselling.
Use data insights from Salesforce to proactively offer solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews and develop custom success plans.
Liaise between clients and Lightspeed's product, support, and implementation teams.
Provide client insights to improve the product.
Requirements:
Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales with a proven track record.
Ability to inspire clients and build long-term partnerships.
Sales acumen to identify opportunities and close deals.
Confident communicator with decision-makers and C-level clients.
