Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their growing German Outbound Sales team in Berlin. This role is the first touchpoint between potential new customers and the Lightspeed brand, driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads. The work will directly impact Lightspeed’s mission of empowering retailers and restaurateurs with smart technology.

Role Involves:
  • Identifying potential customers and introducing products.
  • Engaging and qualifying new leads through various channels.
  • Collaborating with inbound sales teams.
  • Working with marketing and sales teams on strategies.
  • Consistently meeting goals.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or a call center environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Fluent German and strong written and spoken English.
  • An entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
