• Developing and implementing configuration management processes.
• Managing software configuration baselines.
• Supporting compliance efforts with the Configuration Management Plan.
• Developing requirements for configuration management tools.
• Overseeing technical data classification for export control compliance.
• Collaborating with application engineers to integrate configuration management processes.
• Providing configuration change analytics and metrics.
• Maintaining design configuration integrity.
• Facilitating Change Review Board activities.
• Conducting internal and supplier configuration audits.
• Developing CM processes for Airline Operations requirements.
• Identifying and implementing solutions for complex configuration management challenges.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for configuration management processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of configuration management experience at an OEM.
• 5+ years experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools.
• Strong written skills.
• Knowledge of DO-178/254 software and hardware certification processes.
• Understanding of aerospace software development and configuration management processes.
• Basic CAD and drafting skills.
• US Person status.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Proven track record in process development and leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, ICDs, and technical documentation.
• Adaptability and excellent prioritization skills.
