Job Description

Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.Archer is dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces differences and supports all team members.What this role involves:

• Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy.
• Building and leading a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Defining and overseeing the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives.
• Establishing and tracking key performance metrics.
• Building product around OEM business.
• Developing and refining product offerings for air taxi business.
• Investing in and developing future bets related to software innovation.
• Working cross functionally across multiple business units towards a unified product strategy.

What candidate needs:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling tech products.
• Ability to attract and hire top product and engineering talent.
• Experience working in high-growth, disruptive tech environments.
• Experience should cover some combination of: hardware, manufacturing, defense / government applications, software, transportation, and hospitality.
• Experience solving problems in highly-regulated spaces.

What Archer offers:

• A base pay between $375,000 - $425,000.
