Archer Aviation is seeking a Compensation Partner to administer equity compensation programs and support the company's compensation strategies. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders and various teams to ensure competitive and effective compensation practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills to drive understanding of compensation philosophies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Administer existing equity compensation programs.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive compensation program success.
- Assist in preparing materials for Comp Committee and Board meetings.
- Evaluate executive pay and perform benchmark analysis.
- Collaborate with Legal, Stock Administration, and Finance teams.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to improve compensation programs.
- Communicate compensation philosophies to leaders and managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in a U.S. public company.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulations.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The role offers:
- A base pay between $150,120 - $166,800
