Job Description
Archer, an aerospace company in San Jose, California, is seeking a Director of Compensation to build and operationalize their compensation function. This role involves bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution, revamping the compensation strategy, optimizing data architecture, and establishing robust processes to support the growing organization. The Director will lead a high-performing team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing Compensation team.
- Design and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Evaluate and optimize data architecture within Workday.
- Re-engineer existing workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of Compensation tools and analyses.
- Collaborate with leadership to align Total Rewards strategies.
- Support executive management with compensation committee materials.
- Manage equity programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Expertise in Workday, particularly compensation modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and implement change management initiatives.
- Experience with a growing Manufacturing population.
What Archer offers:
- A base pay between $244,800.00 - $269,280.00.
