Job Description
Archer Aviation is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Defense and Advanced Programs organization. This role involves incubating, marketing, capturing, and executing advanced programs related to Archer's Defense portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aerospace or related field and possess a strong technical background.Responsibilities:
  • Incubate, market, and capture advanced programs.
  • Execute technical, cost, and schedule aspects of programs.
  • Lead and work across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in aerospace or a related field.
  • BS degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (MS or PhD desired).
  • Experience with modeling and simulation environments, design, analysis, fabrication, and testing.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
  • Knowledge of RF, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion systems, CAD, Python, and Matlab.
Archer offers:
  • Competitive base pay: $170,640.00 - $208,560.00 annually.
