Overnight Class A CDL Driver

Job Description

Nabis, the #1 Licensed Cannabis B2B Platform, is seeking an Overnight Class A CDL Warehouse Driver in Rochester, NY. The driver will run pickup routes to brands and routes between Nabis hubs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of reputable driving experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive routes to and from the Rochester hub to receive product.
• Support overnight hauls to other NY locations.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and report maintenance issues.
• Perform safety inspections and follow loading protocols.
• Inspect trailers and adjust air lines and jack positions.
• Visit weigh stations and adjust loads as necessary.
• Assist in unloading cargo and maintain product quality.
• Adhere to traffic safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Use GPS and communicate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Communicate professionally with warehouses.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid CDL with 2 years' occupational driving experience.
• Airbrake endorsement and up-to-date medical card.
• Must be over 21.
• Available for overnight routes Monday - Thursday.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.
• Clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than 1 point).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent judgment, work ethic, and communication skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus.
