Lightspeed is seeking a passionate and driven Field Account Executive to join their expanding team in Köln. This role focuses on revolutionizing the gastronomy industry by acquiring new restaurant owners as clients and establishing long-term relationships within the designated region. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in positioning Lightspeed as a leading brand in the market through strategic sales and consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and engaging new customers from initial contact to contract closure.
- Developing tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and delivering compelling Lightspeed demos.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation post-contract.
- Managing leads and sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Analyzing the competition and devising clever sales strategies to successfully position Lightspeed in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to convince and inspire decision-makers with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel within the sales territory daily.
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is desirable.
- Fluency in German and preferably good English skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
