Job Description
Remote is seeking a Payroll Operations Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is based in France and involves managing global employment compliantly. The ideal candidate will be energetic, curious, and motivated to make a personal difference in the global employment space.
Role involves:
- Acting as a subject matter expert for France.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Processing full end-to-end payroll, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
- Ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
- Implementing and improving processes.
- Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
- Backing up regional managers during absences.
Requirements:
- Payroll management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
