Job Description

Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to manage payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves managing relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering, driving process improvements, and mentoring payroll specialists.

Role Involves:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for the UAE.
• Ensuring compliance with DMCC, MOL, and WPS requirements.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Driving process improvements and mentoring payroll specialists.
• Maintaining data integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• In-house payroll management experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with DMCC, MOL, or WPS workflows.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent in English.
