Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Channel Partnerships Manager, Business Services EMEA, to drive revenue growth through strategic development and management of their partner ecosystem. This role involves shaping and executing the channel strategy, identifying high-impact partnership opportunities, and scaling partner-sourced pipeline and bookings.   • Developing and driving partnership strategy and execution.
  • Conducting market research to identify and evaluate new potential partners.
  • Evaluating and prioritizing strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Launching and optimizing co-marketing and promotion opportunities.
  • Maintaining all aspects of partnership go-to-market strategies.
  • Creating strong relationships with partners and the sales team.
  • Securing new and innovative integrations, distribution models, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Driving mutual customer and partner success through innovative solution capabilities.
What the candidate should bring:
  • Experience in SaaS channels, alliances, partnerships, sales, or business development in HR, fintech, or software/technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading partner GTM strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales, and partnering skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and generate pipeline and revenue leveraging partner relationships.
  • Proven ability to ideate and execute on co-marketing initiatives.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing.
  • Prior experience with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
