  • BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools.
  • Understanding of process design and a drive for efficiency.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) preferred.
