Remote is seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, communicating Remote's value proposition, and supporting the Account Executive team. What this role involves: - Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements: - Proven business development success.
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
