Job Description
Remote is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to join their team. This role offers a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, impacting various sales teams within the organization. The Manager will lead projects, create training content, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to align learning experiences with business goals. They will also support the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap and assist in prioritizing enablement requests.

What this role involves:
  • Managing team projects to a high standard using SCRUM or OKR frameworks.
  • Creating and maintaining sales training content for AE, SC, and AM teams.
  • Identifying company goals and aligning them with core projects for the revenue enablement team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Supporting the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap.
  • Leading and executing core projects related to product launches, sales development, and sales process.

Requirements:
  • Solid years in sales enablement, sales, revenue operations, or training in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a team lead or people management role.
  • Proven experience contributing to revenue growth at $200M, $500M, or $1B stages.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in SCRUM or OKRs.
  • Experience developing training content and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Highspot, Showpad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or similar LMS.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and collaboration tools like Notion.
  • Fluent in English.
