Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team in the Netherlands. This role involves transforming how restaurants operate by using a consultative approach to identify and sign up new restaurateurs in the local area. The Field Account Executive will understand their clients' needs and develop customized solutions for them.
Responsibilities:
- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet prospect needs.
- Partner with various teams to ensure expectations are met.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and position Lightspeed effectively.
Requirements:
- Dutch fluency is a must.
- Experience in sourcing/closing customers, restaurant operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility.
- General technical proficiency with software; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
