Lightspeed is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead a team responsible for onboarding customers, understanding their needs, and building solutions for their success. The role is based in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline of new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales for smooth handovers.
- Refine and optimize current processes and tools.
- Hire, coach, and develop Account Managers.
- Increase platform adoption and payments across customers.
- Ensure clear communication within the sales team.
- Grow the customer base through up- and cross-selling.
- Ensure the team exceeds monthly MRR and KPI targets.
- Analyze sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Create new strategies to grow revenue streams.
- Manage high-level deals with large organizations.
Requirements:
- German speaking
- Experience in selling in a SaaS environment (preferred)
- Prior Account Management experience with a track record of success (preferred)
- Prior experience working in/with restaurants is a plus!
