Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its hospitality team in Ghent. The role involves being the first point of contact for potential customers and qualifying leads for the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Role Involves:

• Driving new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads.
• Creating a great first impression for prospects and customers.
• Identifying customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit.
• Managing multiple lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
• Managing the existing customer database using Salesforce.
• Developing new strategies to grow the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Hospitality, Sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other).
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must.
• Experience working in the restaurant industry (preferred).
