Job Description
Tailscale is seeking a New Business Account Executive to join their team. This role is not a "farmer" position, and the individual will be responsible for managing inbound leads and prospecting for new business. The ideal candidate will be an expert in how Tailscale helps its customers and will be able to educate prospective customers about the company's services.

Role Involves:
  • Winning new business
  • Finding the right people at prospective customers
  • Educating customers about Tailscale's services
  • Analyzing market landscapes and customer trends
  • Attending industry events
  • Supporting customers across all time zones
  • Managing pipeline and forecast in Gong and Salesforce

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of prospecting or closing experience
  • Ambition to build a sales playbook
  • A technical background or curiosity in technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
