Job Description

A client in Casablanca is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join their dynamic team and participate in large-scale projects. The role involves designing robust backend solutions using agile practices and software craftsmanship, collaborating with business teams to analyze technical and functional needs, and actively participating in the design, deployment, and support of solutions in production. The developer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and technical practices, working in Agile mode to ensure the quality, security, and scalability of solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing robust backend solutions using agile practices.
• Collaborating with business teams to analyze technical and functional needs.
• Participating in the design, deployment, and support of solutions in production.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Working in Agile mode to ensure solution quality and security.

Requirements:

• Bac +5 degree in computer science (engineering school or university).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience on Java / Spring Boot projects.
• Autonomous, curious, and with a good analytical mind.
• Comfortable in French and English.
• Essential skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
