Tech Lead / Senior Python Developer

Job Description

A dynamic company is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Python Developer to join their team in Casablanca. The role is a permanent position and offers a hybrid work model. The Tech Lead / Senior Python Developer will work on high-value projects with an international scope, ideally within investment banking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of backend solutions in Python.
• Supervise and support development teams in Scrum mode and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Participate in defining technical architectures and technological choices.
• Ensure code quality and guide junior developers.
• Work closely with international teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Python development, with international experience (ideally in investment banking).
• Skills in Scrum Master and team management.
• Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
• Ability to make technical decisions and supervise a team.
