Data Engineer H/F

Job Description

CAPFI Technology is seeking a Data Engineer Tableau / Power BI to join their team and support a major player in the Data field. The ideal candidate will be integrated into the heart of the production teams and will guarantee the control and consistency of functional and application Data architectures.

Role involves:

• Understanding and analyzing DataViz needs across different functional areas.
• Designing adapted and sustainable solutions.
• Promoting new features and best practices to users.
• Supporting and coaching new users by designing adapted training paths.
• Designing "MVP" dashboards to illustrate new features of the Group's offering.
• Ensuring the integration of Tableau / Power BI within the client's IS.
• Automating and industrializing deployments.
• Deploying the solution on-premise and potentially in native cloud.
• Providing level 3 support on production incidents.
• Supporting and advising IT and business teams on data usage and modeling.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Offering Managers, architects, and Tech Leads to design effective Data solutions.
• Evolving in an agile framework (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with international teams in French and English.

Requirements:

• Full-stack expertise on Tableau (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, Tableau Embedded) or Power BI.
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in modeling reporting datamarts.
• Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python).
• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
