Impact and Inclusion Associate

Job Description

Inizio is seeking an Impact and Inclusion Associate to join their Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team. This role focuses on managing communications and marketing efforts to share stories related to the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. The Impact and Inclusion Associate will collaborate with Marketing & Communication and Department leaders to support programs that foster belonging, increase employee engagement, and build an inclusive culture aligned with Inizio’s mission and strategic goals. The Impact and Inclusion Associate reports to the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and may work remotely in the US or UK.Responsibilities:

• Draft and curate engaging content for internal communications.
• Manage the Inclusion & Impact section of the intranet and website.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns that promote inclusion.
• Manage logistics for global events, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide administrative support across the team.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience writing professional web copy.
• Experience with brand recognition, style guides, and design guidelines.
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Project management skills.
