Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to join their Retail/Ecommerce team in Amsterdam. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving expansion of their book of business, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and ensuring their ongoing success. This role requires fluency in Dutch and is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The role involves:

  • Nurturing relationships with existing customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Planning and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans
  • Monitoring customer usage data and translating it into strategies
  • Advocating for customer needs within Lightspeed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Funneling customer feedback to improve the customer journey

Requirements:

  • Dutch and English Language skills
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers
  • Great task and time management skills
  • Ability to handle a funnel and proactively approach customers
