Lightspeed is seeking a Capital Account Executive to join its GTM Financial Services Team in NoAM. The Capital Account Executive will manage a book of retail customers, supporting their growth and operations through Lightspeed's financial services. This role is crucial in executing Lightspeed's financial services strategy, focusing on SMB segment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to existing Lightspeed customers to promote financial services.
- Provide high-quality service and use sales techniques to drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital.
- Build trusted relationships, identify financial service opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets, provide advice, and coordinate with regional leaders.
- Employ business development and relationship management techniques to exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to business leaders, representing the merchant's perspective.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a track record of high performance.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and other technologies for pipeline management.
- Commitment to a positive and high-performance culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional poise and confidence in communicating with executives.
- Strong work ethic and self-driven desire to succeed.
