Lightspeed is seeking a Capital Account Executive to join its GTM Financial Services Team in NoAM. The Capital Account Executive will manage a book of retail customers, supporting their growth and operations through Lightspeed's financial services. This role is crucial in executing Lightspeed's financial services strategy, focusing on SMB segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to existing Lightspeed customers to promote financial services.
  • Provide high-quality service and use sales techniques to drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital.
  • Build trusted relationships, identify financial service opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets, provide advice, and coordinate with regional leaders.
  • Employ business development and relationship management techniques to exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to business leaders, representing the merchant's perspective.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a track record of high performance.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and other technologies for pipeline management.
  • Commitment to a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional poise and confidence in communicating with executives.
  • Strong work ethic and self-driven desire to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships internally and externally.
