Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking an Escalation Resolution Associate to join their team in Oxford, UK. This role involves supporting customers by resolving their queries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The associate will use various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate solutions.

The Escalation Resolution Associate will be responsible for:

Viator requires candidates to have:

  • Minimum broadband connection of 25MB download and 10MB upload speed
