Job Description
Viator is seeking a Manager of Destination Specialists to oversee a team focused on optimizing key destinations on Viator's platform and its distribution networks. The Manager will ensure the team meets KPIs and is well-equipped for success. This role involves strategic oversight, analytical insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of destination specialists, setting performance goals and leveraging data for improvement.
  • Provide feedback, support, and motivation to the team.
  • Monitor, coach, and advise the team on priorities and best practices.
  • Track performance and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing growth.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in travel.
  • Proven experience analyzing data trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, proficient in reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Creative, inquisitive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
