Job Description
Viator is seeking a Manager of Destination Specialists to oversee a team focused on optimizing key destinations on Viator's platform and its distribution networks. The Manager will ensure the team meets KPIs and is well-equipped for success. This role involves strategic oversight, analytical insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of destination specialists, setting performance goals and leveraging data for improvement.
- Provide feedback, support, and motivation to the team.
- Monitor, coach, and advise the team on priorities and best practices.
- Track performance and communicate progress to leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing growth.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in travel.
- Proven experience analyzing data trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, proficient in reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Sheets).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Creative, inquisitive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
