Job Description
Viator is seeking a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join their Customer Operations Analytics team. This role involves translating data into actionable insights to improve product and process performance. The Senior Analyst will provide analytical support to stakeholders, create qualitative coding frameworks, and identify opportunities in data. They will also serve as the go-to person for operational insights and coach junior team members.
The role is based in London and requires hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the office.
What this role involves:
- Leading analysis for the Operations group.
- Providing timely insights and analytical support to internal stakeholders.
- Creating new qualitative coding frameworks and lead model building in new areas.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities hidden in our or industry data.
- Being the go to person for Operational insights.
- Being a leader within the team, ensuring the best approaches, coaching, developing junior members of the team, to deliver the highest standards and capability.
- Developing exceptional relationships with stakeholders and within the team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in an analytical role.
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (math, economics, engineering, statistics, etc.).
- Advanced SQL, Excel, and Tableau skills.
- Experience working on large datasets.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in an international matrix environment, ideally at a fast paced e-commerce company.
- Hybrid Working: 2 days a week required in the Oxford or London office
