Job Description
Bókun, a TripAdvisor Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their team in London. This role involves understanding user needs and identifying new marketplace features. The Senior UX Researcher will define research strategies, manage multiple projects, and conduct qualitative studies. They will also create and analyze surveys, communicate research findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Role involves:
- Participating in cross-functional team discussions
- Defining research strategy and managing projects
- Designing and conducting qualitative studies
- Creating and fielding surveys
- Communicating research findings
- Working cross-functionally with sales, design, product marketing, and product management
Requirements:
- Minimum BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional applied research experience
- Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Extensive experience with qualitative research methods in user research
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to present research insights and supporting data clearly
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
