Lightspeed is seeking an Account Executive to join their retail sales team in North America. This role involves driving revenue through phone and email communication, as well as conducting screen-sharing presentations for potential customers.Responsibilities include:
- Following up on and managing qualified leads promptly.
- Collaborating within a team to grow the business.
- Leading one-on-one screen-sharing presentations/demos.
- Working with management on pricing negotiations.
- Achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Coordinating appointments with Sales Development Representatives.
- Effectively guiding prospects through a defined sales process.
- Tracking prospect progression in Salesforce.com.
- Handling other duties as defined by management.
Requirements include:
- Sales experience, preferably in a closing role in solution-sales/technology.
- Strong presentation skills and telephone etiquette.
- Experience with quoting, invoicing, and purchasing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is an asset.
- Passion for people and technology.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a target-based environment.
