TheFork is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their Customer Success Team in Madrid. The role involves engaging with customers to grow the business through the sale of products designed to improve revenues. The Account Manager will make outbound calls to present solutions, support customer decisions, and advise on strategies to grow their business using TheFork solutions. The position offers an opportunity to use selling skills and contribute to restaurant owners' success.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to current customers to present business solutions.
  • Support restaurant customers via email and phone, assisting with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide support and training on the use of TheFork tools.

Requirements:

  • Sales-oriented with customer focus.
  • Empathetic with strong communication skills.
  • Dynamic and perseverant with a results-oriented approach.
  • Good attitude.
  • Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales.
  • Experience in managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (500-800).
  • Experience as a sales representative or sales account manager.
  • Experience with a restaurant is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a must.
  • Native Spanish and High English is a must.
