Lightspeed is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Manager, Hospitality to join their team in Ghent, Belgium. This role focuses on driving expansion within a portfolio of highly valued hospitality customers. The successful candidate will build strong, long-term relationships with customers, understand their goals, and provide consistent value throughout their journey with Lightspeed. They will also work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address product gaps. Lightspeed is committed to creating an inclusive and barrier-free workplace.

What this role involves:

  • Nurturing relationships with existing customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Planning and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans
  • Monitoring customer usage data and translating it into account strategies
  • Advocating for customer needs within Lightspeed
  • Working cross-functionally
  • Funnel customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment
  • Professional poise and confidence
  • Great task and time management skills
  • Experience with funnel and proactively approach customers
