Job Description
TheFork is seeking a Key Account Manager to focus on group/chain restaurants. The role involves enlisting groups with more than 4 sites to TheFork, sourcing leads, contacting relevant personnel at HQ, booking meetings, and presenting the value proposition of TheFork. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with Sales Operations and the Groups Account Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and identify opportunities to enlist additional sites within existing portfolios. They will also strategize with the management team and work with the B2B and B2C marketing teams to optimize outreach.
  • Sourcing leads for new groups and brands

  • Strategizing with management and marketing teams
  • Experience in business development, preferably in B2B and restaurants/hospitality
