Lightspeed is seeking a Retail GTM Business Strategy Manager to join their NoAm team. This role is crucial for the success of the NOAM Retail GTM organization, focusing on developing and implementing business strategies and processes to align operations with long-term goals. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive growth and increase profitability.
What this role involves:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Project Management: Oversee transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather insights and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including communication plans and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Current State Analysis: Map and understand in-depth current state architecture of people, process, data, technology, governance, and financial models.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement a structured approach to best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Identify key trends from a large data set, determine underlying drivers of trends, and build simple financial / data models.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies with projects such as process improvements and initiatives, change management initiatives and strategic planning with GTM leaders.
- A proven track record of driving results to meet KPIs across a department or organization.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
- A natural inclination to listen to clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored guidance.
- A drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and succinctly to executives and senior leadership the key takeaways and high-level asks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
