Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive to join their Key Accounts team within the Hotel Solutions group. This role involves building strategic, long-term relationships with the largest and most valuable hotel companies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Key Account Executive will manage and grow revenue within their territory, focusing on customer retention, new client acquisition, and upselling opportunities.
What This Role Involves:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Expanding and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Conducting product demonstrations and positioning hotel solutions.
- Negotiating and renewing contracts.
- Articulating data insights and metrics.
- Growing and maintaining a sales opportunity pipeline.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Serving as a communication link between customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with other teams.
- Networking with internal and external personnel.
- Traveling to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and client feedback.
- Target-driven and proven self-starter.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce & Tableau).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bi-lingual (English + another European Language).
