This role focuses on revolutionizing the gastronomy industry by acquiring new restaurant clients and building lasting relationships. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in establishing Lightspeed as a leading brand in the region.Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring and engaging new customers from initial contact to contract signing.
- Developing tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and presenting compelling Lightspeed demonstrations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation after contract signing.
- Managing leads and sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Positioning Lightspeed successfully in the market by analyzing competition and developing clever sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven ability to convince and inspire decision-makers with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel within the sales territory.
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is desirable.
- Fluency in German and ideally good English skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
