Job Description
Altana is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead its user-facing application suite. This role involves driving the execution of Altana’s product roadmaps, managing Product Line Directors, and ensuring the cohesive development and enhancement of workflows, user experience, visualizations, and cross-application pricing and packaging strategy. This position requires coordinating multiple product lines within Altana's B2B and B2G SaaS ecosystem, centering AI and agentic workflows across user experiences, and driving product-led network effects across the user base. The Senior Director will collaborate with executive leadership, product marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver unified, intuitive, and valuable product experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing a team of Product Line Managers.
  • Driving execution and delivery of product roadmaps.
  • Overseeing the standardization and unification of user workflows and UX design patterns.
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to define cross-product pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Utilizing customer insights and market research to refine product offerings.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to Altana’s executive leadership.

Requirements include:
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior product managers/directors within a B2B SaaS environment (8+ years).
  • Demonstrated success driving execution and alignment of complex product roadmaps.
  • Expertise in building unified user experiences across enterprise software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional collaborative and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with experience aligning product strategies with business goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in dynamic startup environments.
  • Experience partnering with product marketing to manage product pricing and market positioning.
