Lightspeed is seeking a high-energy and driven Sales Development Representative to join its hospitality team in Paris. This role serves as the initial point of contact between potential customers and the sales team.

Role involves:

  • Driving new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads.
  • Nurturing inbound leads for Lightspeed’s inside sales team.
  • Creating a great first impression for prospects and customers.
  • Identifying customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit.
  • Managing multiple lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
  • Managing the customer database using Salesforce.
  • Developing new strategies to grow sales pipeline with the Sales Development Manager.

The candidate should bring to the team:

  • Sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile or other).
  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Experience working in the restaurant industry.
