Software Engineer III, Content Intelligence

Job Description

Box is seeking a Software Engineer III to join its Content Intelligence team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves architecting and developing the next generation of messaging systems, improving infrastructure, and driving the adoption of near-real-time interfaces across engineering. The engineer will also implement initiatives to ensure systems meet availability, performance, and reliability SLOs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and code design.
• Familiarity with Java, MySQL, Pub/Sub, BigQuery.
• Passion for database scale and performance challenges.
• Strong communication skills.
