Senior Product Manager, Applications

Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for Box Apps. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and focuses on transforming how teams access and manage content within the Box platform. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in simplifying complex processes, enabling users to work more efficiently with metadata, and streamlining workflows. They will leverage AI-powered tools and intuitive dashboards to empower organizations to reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity.

Role involves:

• Conducting market and customer research.
• Writing detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partnering with Design and Engineering teams.
• Integrating features such as Metadata and Workflows.
• Measuring results and iterating on features.
• Collaborating with GTM teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch.
• Experience leading and motivating engineering teams.
• Ability to negotiate technical requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
