Solutions Architect (Box Consulting)

Job Description

Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its Box Consulting team. This role is within the Customer Success organization and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Box technical and platform solutions. The Solutions Architect will work across Box and with customers to define and build out complex solutions, playing a critical role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform. The Solutions Architect also works closely with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities by understanding customer needs, envisioning a future state, and helping customers get there.Role involves:

• Advising enterprises on application design for custom document vaults.
• Assisting customers with migrating millions of files into Box.
• Advising on integrating Box into custom CRM systems.
• Developing project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (i.e. APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.).
• Experience working with one or more of the following: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.
