Job Description
Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Consulting team. This role is within the Customer Success organization and involves defining and building complex solutions for customers, driving adoption of Box products and platforms, and maximizing opportunities by understanding customer needs. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with sales and field teams, advise enterprises on application design and data migration, and integrate Box into custom CRM systems. They will also develop project scope documentation, statements of work, and technical specifications.

Requirements: - 7+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.).
- Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills to speak to both technical and non-technical parties.
