Job Description
K.K. Box Japan, a branch of Box Inc., is seeking a SMB Account Executive to join their rapidly growing team in Japan. This role focuses on driving sales activities within the small to medium-sized business market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing sales revenue, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with various teams to generate new business opportunities and provide support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing business strategies for the small market (1-500 employees)
  • Managing sales revenue and forecasting monthly and quarterly sales
  • Planning and executing measures to achieve sales targets
  • Proposing Box solutions to inbound leads (including face-to-face meetings)
  • Managing deals using Salesforce
  • Responding to QA from resellers during the pre-sales phase
  • Handling quotation requests from resellers
  • Performing various operational tasks during the pre-sales phase
  • Collaborating with marketing and inside sales departments to plan and execute measures for acquiring new deals


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the IT industry or 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Process-oriented thinking and ability to independently solve various problems
  • Self-motivated and flexible approach to work
  • Proactive attitude towards incorporating new knowledge and experience into work
  • Experience in selling cloud solutions such as SaaS is a plus
