Job Description

Box is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new customers, demonstrating how Box's content management solutions address their needs. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.

What this role involves:

  • Sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory in the Mid-Market segment (500-2000 employees).
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Researching and understanding customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and Box value proposition.
  • Influencing and driving the sales process while managing stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Territory visits to meet customers face to face.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to new technologies and products.
  • Ability to provide concrete examples of successfully closing deals through established sales processes.
  • Effectively uses a repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory.
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling to C-level executives.
  • A driver's license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite.
