Lightspeed is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join its EMEA partnership team in Paris. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing transformational, high-growth partnerships with companies of all sizes, scaling the acquisition of new hospitality merchants to Lightspeed.

The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for defining new growth opportunities in the hospitality partner ecosystem, managing new partner pipelines, and onboarding new partners. This role requires fluency in both French and English and a proven track record in sales and business development.

What the role involves:

  • Defining new growth opportunities in the hospitality partner ecosystem.
  • Developing and managing a strategic pipeline of new partners.
  • Hunting for new partnerships through networking and outbound prospecting.
  • Managing the sales cycle, from identifying decision-makers to negotiating contracts.
  • Providing pipeline reporting and forecasts.
  • Onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth integration with Lightspeed.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise sales and business development experience in hospitality, mar/ad tech, or SaaS.
  • Experience building and implementing new partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and action planning skills.
  • Contract negotiation experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
