Sand Technologies is seeking a Data Platform Lead to drive data management strategy and grow internal and client-facing data platforms. The role involves leading a team of data engineers and analysts, defining frameworks, and delivering scalable solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Defining and driving data management strategy.
• Building scalable propositions for data architecture and management.
• Collaborating with senior leaders.
• Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Creating accelerators and frameworks for data management systems.
• Designing and presenting clear, engaging presentations.
• Developing sales narratives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven track record as a Principal Data Engineer or similar senior role.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end data development lifecycle.
• Experience in designing and building modern cloud data solutions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
